MATTER Motor Works Pvt. Ltd. ("MATTER") is committed to delivering orders with high-quality packaging within the specified timeframes as outlined below. We ensure that orders are shipped in good condition and in the shortest possible time using premier courier services. 


SHIPPING 


Serviceability 

  • Shipping for online orders is currently limited to specific pin codes within India. 
  • Orders are dispatched via registered domestic courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. 


Order Processing 

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days, or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation, following the respective courier company’s shipment norms. 
  • Our goal is to deliver products within 10 business days from the date of order confirmation. 


Delivery Details 

  • All orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. 
  • Sundays and public holidays are excluded from business days for processing and delivery. 
  • Currently, we offer only standard delivery; updates regarding express delivery options will be provided when available. 


Shipping Charges 

  • Shipping and handling rates are determined based on factors such as product type, packaging, size, and volume. 
  • Customers will see the applicable shipping charges at checkout before completing payment. 


Warehouse Details 

  • All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Ahmedabad, India. 


NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY 

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful both times, the package will be returned to our warehouse. 
  • Customers are encouraged to provide a complete and accurate address with the correct pin code and mobile number during checkout to ensure prompt delivery.
